Mike has been a competitive, results driven manager from the start, accepting only what will establish CSW as an absolute leader in professional business advancement and growth. Mike grew up in DeWitt, outside of Syracuse New York and graduated from Manlius Pebble Hill in 2006. He is anticipating a Bachelors Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, specializing in mechanical engineering and public policy and minoring in sustainable development and entrepreneurship from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011. As a multiple time entrepreneur, Mike is excited to lend his business, management, entrepreneurial, sales and design expertise to small businesses in the Rochester community. In his free time, Mike enjoys snowboarding, scuba-diving, the company of his friends and family and watching the Syracuse Orange basketball team. As a personal philosophy, Mike thrives to become only the best and help those he works with do the same, making goals we never thought possible a reality.

Eric Salinger

Chief Financial Officer - Operational Manager of Back-End Systems & Networking

Eric has been programming in one form or another since age 8, working on a wide variety of software projects since then. Growing up in London, England, Eric moved to Irvington, New York at 6 years old. He graduated from Horace Mann School in 2007 with honors in Computer Science, attended Hampshire College for two years, and is currently anticipating a BS/MS in Computer Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. As a programmer and project manager, Eric has spearheaded projects in database management, custom software design, and back-end web development and encryption for clients such as AT&T and the Department of Defense. When not at his computer, Eric enjoys volunteering as an EMT, playing guitar, and working on new recipes and creations for his future part-time position as a head chef. Eric prides himself on excellence and working a job through to the best conclusion it could reach, no matter what it takes.

Alexander Wright

Chief Creative Officer - Director of Design, Graphics & Front-End Web Development

From building Legos with our CEO Michael in the early '90's to being the example of excellence in website development and design classes in 2010, Alex has always had an unparalleled eye for innovation and design. Growing up in the DeWitt area of Syracuse New York and graduating from the Faith Heritage School in 2006, Alex, a multiple time dean's list recipient, anticipates a Bachelors of Science in IT with a concentration in Web Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011. Alex is dedicated to his passion for learning and finding new ways to expand his already expansive repertoire of web based skills and adding to his arsenal of coding knowledge. Recently, he has been generous enough to lend his talents in print, publishing and graphic design in two internships in the Rochester area. When not helping the top businesses in Rochester look their best on every occasion, Alex enjoys spending time with his fiancee, listening to music, watching movies, and learning to cook. Alex truly prides himself in pixel-perfect design and pledges not rest until the client is at least 110% satisfied with their product or service.
